25 y-o Jamaican Man with full blown AIDS Rapes 5 y-o Girl (MUST READ!!!)

Richardo James, 25, of an Old Harbour address, now faces 10 years imprisonment after he was sentenced for the rape of a five-year-old in the St Catherine Circuit Court on Wednesday.

James, who is HIV positive and has a full-blown case of the Acquired Immunity Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS), had previously pleaded guilty to the lesser offense of indecent assault.

He was arrested and charged on June 5, 2014 for the rape of the child, however in court it was unclear whether the minor has been infected by the HIV virus during the sexual assault, but medical authorities will continue to monitor her condition.

The probability of contracting HIV (the virus that causes AIDS) through a single sexual contact is very low.
