Jamaican mother beats child for using Facebook (MUST WATCH VIDEO)

Discipline or abuse: The video clip of a mother beating a child has gone viral on social media and sparked a public debate about the merits of corporal punishment.

The heartbreaking video clip uploaded to social media has left viewers divided. Some people have voiced their opinions justifying the mother’s actions, while others calling it child abuse.

In the video, we see where a mother decided to brutally beat her child, referred to as “Neka”; after discovering she was a regular member on  the social networking websiteFacebook. The very stubborn child refused to cry or run in fear which only angered the mother even more. Several punches could be seen and heard being thrown at the child’s face while the hard leather belt connected with various parts of her body.
