The ‘Doctor’ Beenie Man not immune to scamming virus
Dancehall superstar Beenie Man is now being targeted by scammers, so it seems not even the ‘Doctor’ is immune to the scamming virus now afflicting the music industry.
Persons pretending to be agents for the deejay have been collecting money from promoters and sound systems for show bookings and dub plates.
Rohan ‘Blue’ Smith, the deejay’s manager, issued a release to the public.
“Our company MD Entertainment and myself are authorised to conduct any business for Beenie Man as it relates to bookings and dub plates.
“The only way to reach our office is by contacting us at 969-3015. Persons can also call me directly at 579-7646. You can also reach us by email at [email protected],” said Smith.
Beenie Man is getting ready to release his new album in November. One of his singles, ‘Pool Party’ on the Life Support riddim for JA Productions, recently peaked at #3 on the FIWI Choice top ten charts which airs on TVJ.
His latest single, Party Vibes Nice, was produced by Frankie Music. The accompanying music video which has been released was directed by RD Studios.
