Lee-Chin, NCB target younger generation of athletes, better Jamaica with $30-m donation to MVP (Video)

National Commercial Bank (NCB) chairman Michael Lee Chin and NCB Foundation on Wednesday handed over $30-million to the MVP Track and Field Club at the University of Technology in St Andrew.

“We have to take the bull by the horn and build a better Jamaica,” Lee Chin said at the hand-over ceremony.

“Our interest harks back to 2005. We saw a club that was training high potential, young Jamaicans to be the future of Jamaica through athleticism,” the NCB chairman told Loop, explaining why they chose MVP as a beneficiary.
