New date for Jamaican DJ to plead guilty in US

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Local disc jockey ZJ Wah Wa has had a change of date for his return to federal district court in North Dakota where he plans to plead guilty.

His new date is October 24.

ZJ Wah Wa, whose given name is Deon-Ville O’Hara, is charged with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, wire fraud and money laundering conspiracy.

He originally pleaded not guilty on all charges when he first appeared in court in June.
