Future Fambo Denies Drug Rumours, Reveals He Has Diabetes
Following a video circulating of him showing massive weight loss, dancehall artiste Future Fambo has denied rumours that he is on drugs and revealed that he has diabetes.
Before his career in dancehall, Fambo, born Warren Williams, worked as a dancer to make a living. He would later find success as a deejay and become popular for songs such as Drunken Dance and Rum and Red Bull featuring Beenie Man.
Fambo shared a video on his Instagram page of himself deejaying in the company of musician Isaac Faith on September 18. The artiste looked drastically different than his usual appearance, as he had experienced a great deal of weight loss.
Fambo’s fans expressed concern following the release of the video, and it began circulating further online. Reacting to a repost of his original video that questioned what had happened to him, Fambo said the difference in his appearance was caused by diabetes.
The deejay acknowledged that his weight loss may seem strange but said he was okay and denied he was using cocaine in response to allegations that he was an addict.
