Former dancehall-singer-turn-gospel-artiste Minister Marion Hall is sending a message to Cordel ‘Skatta’ Burrell regarding his Reggae Sumfest invitations, which she described as the devil making another move on her.
Minister Hall sent her message in a video singing, “Massa God put a tracker pan mi, cause him know seh di devil wah mi. Weh day him send out di whole army so mi God put a tracker pan mi,” she added hinting at the virtual war-of- words between herself and several female dancehall artistes that happened some months ago.
“Fada God put a tracker pan mi cause him know seh Skatta wah mi,” she continued and cut the song to address Skatta Burrell on his audacity of calling her out to perform on dancehall night.
“Skatta how yuh stay so?” she inquired. “How dare you a call mi out fi dancehall night? If yuh wah hear Dancehall Gospel well tell di boss fi call mi boss yeah, up deh.”
Minister Marion told dancehall artiste and music producer Skatta Burrell God knows what he is planning and it would not work as she would not be persuaded. The minister also shared her manager was contacted by Downsound Records CEO Josef Bogdanovich to book her for Gospel Night, which she definitely intends to attend.
