After, dropping their first song as a trio, Dancehall veteran’s, Shaggy, Sean Paul and Spice will appear on “Good morning America”, one of the country’s biggest morning shows. The appearances will take place on the Tv program’s Summer concert series, on June 11, which was also announced on their Instagram page.
Shaggy also shared the information on his Instagram account, which shows that they will be making appearances along with Chance The rapper, Ne-Yo and BTS.
This is not the first time that Shaggy and Sean Paul has performed In “Good Morning America” since Sean was on the show in 2017 and 2018 while the “Bombastic” artiste appeared virtually last year, right after the release of his “Hot Shot 2020” album.
It will be massive for Jamaica since the three well-experienced entertainers, recorded “Go Down Deh” together, and so that song is expected to be the highlight of the event.
The performance will be the first for Spice, making her also the first female Jamaican artiste to be booked for the show. “Go Down Deh” was just released in the past 2 weeks and has already done well within that short time, getting over 7 million views on youtube.
The song was also trending at number one for the two weeks, only just recently being taken out of that spot by Nicki Minaj’s remix of Skillibeng’s “Crocodile Teeth”.
