Hurricane Melissa Sunday Morning Update for Jamaica: Weather Report Cat-4

“This is a powerful major Hurricane, it is heading for Jamaica,” says meteorologist Brian Shields, while talking on the latest updates regarding the system that’s just south of Jamaica.

Hurricane Melissa which has turned into a category 4 system is expected to hit the island as a category 4 or category 5 in coming hours, moving slowly from south to north.

The entire island is expected to be effected by the Hurricane, with western parishes receiving less rain and wind than the eastern parishes.
