Dancehall Artiste Future Fambo Suffers Heart Scare in New York

Veteran Dancehall artiste Warren Gladstone Williams, popularly known as Future Fambo, revealed on Sunday that he suffered a heart-related emergency.

The entertainer, known for hits such as ‘Rum and Red Bull‘, shared a 28-second video clip online, showing himself lying on a sofa with wires attached to various parts of his body as paramedics from the FDNY attended to him.

The post was captioned, “Just had a harth a tack but know god is real wKe up an pary for 45 mins today beging god clare my way he did am humbled.”

Many fans and industry colleagues have since flooded his comments with messages of support and encouragement. Grammy-winning artiste Sean Paul wrote, “Prayers up mi G. #RAGGA,” while Laden added, “Stay up fam, stay up 🙏🙏🙏.”

Earlier this year, Fambo had reflected on his struggles with substance abuse, revealing that Shaggy’s former manager, Robert Livingston, once urged him to seek professional help. He also expressed gratitude to Sean Paul, who reportedly covered his rehabilitation costs amounting to US$107,000.

Though it remains unclear whether his current health scare is related to his past substance use, fans have voiced hope that the incident serves as a reminder for the deejay to continue prioritising his well-being.

Future Fambo, now a respected veteran in the Dancehall industry, has continued to inspire others through his openness about recovery, faith, and resilience in the face of adversity.
