The Jamaican Olympic legend who is one of Jamaica’s most decorated athletes is affectionately called VCB by many of her fans. She wrote about climbing up the ladder of success, after leaving a small town in Trelawny, through the Grace of God, she remembered how she, excelled in the Olympic games and the World Championships.
She mentioned taking off her spikes with no plan to wear them again, but she said she is happy and contented at this time.
VCB had made a brief return to the track this year after staying away for two-and-a-half-years.
She revealed that she will be looking forward to opening a new chapter and plans to focus on parenting, her charity and entrepreneurial ventures which includes the VCB foundation.
