HE’S ALIVE! Police dispel rumours of Dudus’ suicide
The police high command has moved to dispel an Internet rumour that former Tivoli Gardens strongman Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke has committed suicide.
The police, in a release Saturday, have rubbished the rumours, stating that this is false, as checks with JCF’s international law enforcement partners have “confirmed and assured us that there is no truth to this assertion”.
The police are therefore advising members of the public to desist from making such “frivolous and mischievous” statement that may lead to unwarranted panic and anxiety in some quarters.
Coke is serving a 20-year sentence in US federal prison system.
