Shootout ongoing in West Kingston between Police & gunman over death of teen! (VIDEO) (Explicit)

According to sources, the shootout between Police and gunman is over an alleged mistaken identity shooting by Police. Dead is 19 year old Tevin, aka Scrapy Don. Alleged that he was in bed sleeping when he was shot and killed by lawmen. Watch video below of this broad daylight shootout which occurred earlier this morning, in Western section of Kingston.
