Cops plan to place stop order in West Kingston, Jamaica

The Police said that they will be taking a no nonsense approach against these persons as they seek to bring back some level of order in the area.

Cops warn that the clamp down comes as a result of the tension now brewing in the area between criminal gangs.

“The report we have received is that there is some tension growing in the division; over the weekend two persons were shot and injured along Chestnut Lane and this has left some persons worried,” police said.

To clamp down on this problem, law officials warn that they will be increasing their presence in the area and will also be placing a stop order on entertainment activities in the area.
