NYC Corrections Officer Is Charged With RAPING A MAN IN JAIL . . . And Then Giving Him Some WEED Afterwards!!!

A 30-year-old corrections officer, from NYC’s high security jail – Rikers Island – was arrested and charged with planning to smuggle marijuana to an inmate she has a sexual relationship with.

The corrections officer, Nicole Bartley, was officially charged with promoting prison contraband, as well as rape and other charges. If convicted on allcharges, she will spend more than 10 years in prison.

First, let’s talk about the rape charge. Under NY law inmates cannot legally consent to sex inside the jail. Therefore ANY sex between a corrections officer and an inmate is considered rape.

As you can imagine, Nicole is very distraught over everything. She told investigators that the inmate “played me for a fool.” Nicole, who claimed that she was IN LOVE with the inmate, admitted to having sex with the inmate and agreeing to pick up marijuana for him.

“I was in love with him. He used me and played me for a fool. I had sex with him on one occasion in the jail a few days before Jan. 30,” she said.
