Peter Bunting , The Prime Minister & Other Comrades Rocks To Vybz Kartel At People’s National Party Rally

When National Security Minister Peter Bunting launched his Unite for Change Initiative months ago, he showed apicture of now imprisoned dancehall entertainer, Vybz Kartel, and said Kartel was a negative influence on society.

Particularly troubling to Bunting was a song voiced by the controversial entertainer and Vanessa Bling which glorified lotto scamming and likened it to reparations.

But on Sunday night, at a People’s National Party rally in Petersfield, Westmoreland, Bunting was seen rocking to a variety of Vybz Kartel songs that were played at regular intervals by the resident selector.

Bunting was clearly in his element as he sat beside Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller and rocked to the infectious dancehall beat.

Simpson Miller herself was seen rocking to the music of the controversial but widelypopular entertainer who is appealing a life sentence after being found guilty of murder.
