Gully Bop arrives in UK for first international tour
Dancehall artiste Gully Bop is on his first international tour. The deejay left the island earlier this week and is and now settling down after a long flight to the UK.
“Well, them say me never ah go make it at Jamworld. Say me can’t pass Christmas to the New year, but who God bless, no man curse,” Gully Bop said upon his arrival at the Gatwick Airport.
His first performance is set for this Saturday at Club Diamond in Luton, followed by Scala in King’s Cross, London on Sunday. Gully Bop will remain in England for the remainder of March. In April, he will perform at concerts throughout the Caribbean, before he jets off for dates in Europe, the USA and Canada.
Gully Bop rose to fame during the last quarter of 2014, after a video of him freestyling went viral.
