Man gets shot for ‘wining’ on girl at T&T carnival

Trinidad and Tobago police are currently searching for a man who shot and killed 29-year-old Aston Antoine for allegedly ‘wining’ on his ex-girlfriend during a Carnival event.

According to information gathered by the police, Antoine attended a Jouvert event in Port-of-Spain, where he danced with two women.

While dancing the trio was approached by a male, and a squabble ensued.

Antoine was trailed to home of the ex-girlfriend in question after leaving the event.

It is at the ex girlfriend’s house that Antoine was shot and killed

The sister of the ex-girlfriend,who remains unidentified, was also injured during the confrontation.

Police said that they expect to make an arrest soon.
