Flippa Mafia Pleaded Not Guilty, Going On Trial

Flippa Mafia, aka Flippa Moggella is still behind bars after being unable to post his US$200,000 bail.

The dancehall deejay, whose real name is Andrew Davis, will appear in the Camden County Superior Court in New Jersey on November 17, for a pre-trial hearing.

Flippa Mafia has been in jail since last year after been picked up by U.S. Marshals. He was charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, leading a narcotics organisation, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and money laundering.

The deejay pleaded not guilty to all charges. A trial date is set for January 26.

Flippa Mafia brother, Kemar Davis and over a dozen others were also charged in the drug ring.
