RHOA Star Apollo Nida Handed 8-Year Prison Sentence

A Georgia judge handed down a 8-year sentence to Real Housewives Of Atlanta star Apollo Nida.

After months of of waiting the reality TV star now knows his faith. Nida, who is the husband of Phaedra Parks on Real Housewives Of Atlanta, was indicted in a massive money fraud and laundering scheme. He reportedly laundered more than $2.3 mil through phony bank accounts.

According to TMZ, Nida received only a quarter of the maximum sentenced due to snitching. He was initially facing 30 years but the judge went easy on him in return for his cooperation with federal authorities where he spill the beans on other criminals.

The couple has reportedly also lost their home due to non payment of taxes.
