Bounty Killer is credited for bringing some of dancehall’s finest to the fore including the likes of Vybz Kartel, Mavado, Busy Signal, Elephant Man, Wayne Marshall, Baby Cham and more.

Kartel, who is now incarcerated on a life sentence for murder, has never shied away from crediting Bounty Killer for giving him his big break in dancehall. But in 2006, the aced dancehall star parted ways from Bounty Killer camp the Alliance over a dispute with the dancehall legend.
