Sean Paul Blazed Washington DC After Going Full Speed In Bahrain

Grammy-winning international Dancehall star Sean Paul gave a blazing performance yesterday, Thursday, April 23 inside the DAR Constitution Hall in Washington D.C. Fans saw the chart topping artiste deliver a fast paced set with new releases including a sample of his recently released Full Speed Riddim.

“Much love goes out to my DC fans. Dutty Blaze was great and blazing! It is the US Capital so I had to go Full Speed with a capital performance for the fans, who certainly played their part by allowing me to feed off their energy,” said Sean Paul.

Sean Paul’s Washington performance comes days after a sold-out performance in the Kingdom of Bahrain where he also blazed the stage at Klub 360. The performance coincided with the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix, serving as a pre-race spectacle to the Formula 1 event.

The Full Frequency artiste delivered a stellar, high energy set with hits from his lengthy catalogue which kept patrons in high gear as they anticipated the F1 Grand Prix series race. Sean Paul’s latest work, the Full Speed Riddim was perfect for setting the stage for another clash between top F1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. The international star and his team also took time out to venture to the track where they were entertained by the Formula 1 drivers during the preliminary rounds.

“I know that the Formula 1 series was happening there at the time and I am a fan of those kinds of events that has the magnitude to bring people from various cultures together. It was a pleasure to sit back after the performance and experience Bahrain and the Formula 1 circuit,” said Sean Paul.

Sean Paul will return to the US in May when he is expected to perform at the second annual Oracabessa Festival at Roy Wilkins Park in Queens, NY. The Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 show will see the international dancehall sensation performing alongside the likes of veteran Reggae star, Freddie McGreggor, Tarrus Riley, Christopher Martin and young dancehall sing-jay, Dexta Daps.

Sean Paul’s latest performances are in promotion of his debut production, the Full Speed Riddim which has been attracting rave reviews and racking up likes and shares on YouTube. The Riddim is available for purchase on iTunes and features Konshens, Mr. Vegas, Denyque, Vanessa Bling, J Capri and Cham alongside the Grammy-Award winning Sean Paul.
