St. Vincent’s Prime Minister Hospitalized after Getting Hit in The Head With A STONE

As reported by the Jamaica Observer, Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves of Caribbean island St Vincent was hospitalized today after he was struck in the head with a stone during a protest outside of the parliament located in Kingstown, the capital of the island.

“His head is bleeding.. somebody just buss the prime minister head with a stone” shouts a TV reporter as he watched the chaos unfolds.

The incident took place as supporters of the main opposition New Democratic Party (NDP) and two public sector unions took to the streets to protest against the proposed changes to the Public Health Act.

A statement was released about the well being of the prime minister who is 74 years old, “He will remain at the hospital overnight for observation. He has informed his colleagues that he is recovering, and reaffirmed that no lawless mob will prevent him from doing the people’s business in the seat of our democracy,” the statement said from the Office of the Prime Minister.
